Exercises That Helps To Lower Blood Pressure

We people generally rush to doctors, pleading with them to prescribe us the medicines to bring the high numbers of blood pressure down or vice versa. It is often presumed that blood pressure can only be controlled via medicinal treatments although it’s true to some extent still not the complete truth. Here one’s lifestyle plays an important role, we often hear our elders complain about the garbage lifestyle we have been habitual to living in. Earlier people used to wake up early and have a morning routine that they used to follow before they head off to their respective work. Now the first thing we do is check our smartphones, and then our morning begins. This increases the stress level hence leading the way to blood pressure.

Walking

Since the advent of escalators, and lifts we people have stopped using the stairs, even though we take the car to a destination that is 15 minutes walking distance away. This all contributes to low blood pressure in our bodies, the muscle of our body doesn’t get the required warm-up since our hectic schedule demands us to be seated and working on a chair for the longest time one has worked in history, leading to fluctuating blood pressures. There is this valve between our right chambers of the heart named the tricuspid valve which controls the blood flow in our right chambers, when our body is tired and has reached its mark of fatigue the symptoms shown are due to this valve only, it doesn’t tightly seal itself leading to the continuous flow of blood and thus increasing the workload on our heart causing tiredness in an individual.

Yoga

Have you guys felt the serendipity and sudden kick of energy when we meditate and perform yoga, that is the power of yoga? Yoga is an artform of conversing with our bodies, performing yoga leads to proper opening of the vessels that could have stuck together due to loss of movement, yes you heard me when we don’t use something for a time being we see a lack in effective same is the case with our bodies, yoga opens these blood passways leading to uniform blood flow, also yoga has been effective in the natural healing of the bodies from many diseases one is tricuspid regurgitation, here there are blood leaks from the valve that is this muscle doesn’t have the energy to properly seal it increasing the constant workload on heart that could lead us to unconsciousness, heart failure, heart attacks. This tricuspid valve is generally active in the human body but when we exhaust our body by overworking, or not eating, typically a bad lifestyle causes the human body to get tired, without doing any work, this is a serious problem that needs to be attended to first.

In the era of hectic schedules, we can’t afford to lose our precious time by not having good health, also our productivity is directly affected by this. It is wise to take regular breaks rather than getting hospitalised for weeks, I am not asking you to work out for the whole day. All you need to do is be conscious about lifestyle choices, working half an hour a day is more than sufficient, and no one replaces the nutritional value of green food.
